Nice little place to stay and get away from it all. They are looking to add a swimming pool which would really make it a cool place to stay for a weekend or more. The only downside is a huge housing community is being built close by, so it might not feel like you are away from everything if that is what you are seeking. Still worth a few days of solitude and relaxing though.

My boyfriend and I have been staying here for almost 3 months and we love it, it's quiet and all neighbors are nice. We love that it's gated, and love how fast management/owner gets back to you fast when you need something or when you have a question

We’ve been here two months and are enjoying it. Very quiet. Everyone is very nice. I would have given it 5 stars but the location has one draw back: Limestone gravel drive areas. It creates a fine powder on everything. The company that owns this location also owns others in the area. One of those locations has black top drive areas and the other has granite in the drive areas. I wish they would bring the granite to this location. Other than that, they have done a lot to make the common areas in the park ver nice with fresh mulch and grass. Also, there are new trees and drought tolerant bushes in most of the flower beds. Great place!!!!

If I could rate this place lower, then I would. I don't recommend this place for even a second. I'm currently in the process of finding a new place to stay. This place is way overpriced for such lackluster amenities. You get charged for internet (that used to be optional) that is worse than the free wifi. The lot host and hostess don't actually care, and don't do anything to or for the place. I hope you don't have children that like to play outside. This place is practically a racetrack at all hours of the day and night. The trash is ALWAYS full of industrial trash, tires, unbrokendown boxes, and a myriad of other things outside of household items, so much so that people start to just leave their trash outside of the dumpsters even after the trash company has made their pickup. Don't even bother trying to call Southern Oaks RV or whatever the sad company is that runs this place. I tried to see if someone would come fix one of the 2 gates, since it's been stuck open day and night for over a week. Don't bother to email them either, because you'll only be met with the excuse of "well we have and get a lot of emails... we can't keep up with them all." They don't care. They just want your money. Be sure to watch where you step as well. With all of the people that refuse to pick up after their animals, and the chickens from the property next to the lot, you almost feel like you're in a minefield. The people that live in this place are very rude, irresponsible, and beyond ignorant. Don't let the looks fool you folks. You can do much better than this. I'm sick of this place. It's been nothing but a nightmare. I almost failed to mention that I'm writing this at 6:30 am because between the people stomping on their gas while blasting their way through this lot and out the gate, and the doggone roosters that STILL roam the lot... I can't sleep. Another heads up. This places is built on a decline, so it's a real pain to get your rig level and keep it that way. The main water lines also don't tend to get wrapped in the winter, so be ready to ve without running water in the winter. As far and for the "landscaping" and "maintenance" crew... you're better of spending your own money to do and get things done around your area if you do chose to stay here. The maintenance people don't even know the difference between a 30amp and a 50amp plug.

I could keep going, but...hopefully you get it by now. Don't stay here!! You can find/do way better!!

The photos are from 11-07-2023. This is a REGULAR thing. And if you bring attention to it... you're the one with the problem.

They will also try to charge your card after they've been told that they do NOT have the authorization to do so.

I don't know how I could have forgotten about the fly infestation in the sewer lines that you have to run/connect to your RV. If you do stay here; and when you come back after an outing and are greeted by a group a flies. That's where they came from.

I stayed for the Thanksgiving weekend and enjoyed the peace. I like places that offer quiet and a little seclusion from the city, but are within shopping distance. It looks like there are some new features on the way.
