Very nice rv park. All the amenities. The covered wagons are so cute!!

We greatly appreciated the dog wash station and terrific laundry area! Beautiful pool.

Great little store full of local Texas items. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We have enjoyed our stay. The park is well kept and they have all the amenities one really needs and then some. It was nice that they were close to town. We would definitely recommend it and return whenever we are in Fredericksburg again.

Called to try to get a reservation, but they were closed, so we made one online through their system, easy process. When we arrived at their location, we noticed that they did not have our reservation ready, but that was not a big suprise as it was made after hours, and we did not expect to see one. We did, however, see that they were charging $10 less for people who did not make a reservation through their online system, which we thought was a little weird. Grounds were very well kept, and this place has a lot of spaces, dog park, and dog wash (closed for winter). Internet was spotty, and speeds were slow, but they offer faster speeds for a cost. Overall we will not be staying here again as there are cheaper places to stay with better internet. We paid $90 for our 1 night stay.

The Vineyards of Fredericksburg RV Park is a nice enough park. The sites are a bit small for the price. There was a picnic table on the site along with a fire pit however if you want to spread out a bit the sites are limited.

Everything was well kept and there is plenty of space for walking dogs.

The office was closed frequently and was the case on several attempts to access the office.

Pros first. CLOSE to Fredericksburg, less than 5 minutes to town. Long drive thrus for Class A Rigs. Clean shower rooms, though a little dark (lights). Dog Park.

CONS: First off we arrived on Sunday afternoon because we came to see the Christmas Lights. We were charged an additional $15 for a 'special event' that was a flea market on the other side of town. Not something that we were interested in or why we staying. Since it was after 1 and the market closed at 4, even if we had been interested in going, it was to late by the time we got set up. Campground was less than 25% full. We choose a spot near the front, which meant highway noise all night. We didnt expect that, it being a small town. And it was a state hwy, not an interstate. The main issue we had, was hookups were towards the front of the sites. which meant we had to pull to the front of the site and the arrangement of the sewer/water and electric was odd (see photos) All the hookups were within 3 feet of your neighbors tiny picnic table. (see photos). If the campground was full, it would be unbearable. Last, there were numerous 'long timers' with multiple cars, and equipment out side. Overall, we won't be back.
