Giving a shout out to this place and to the owners 🙌 great place to stay at 👏we celebrated our Anniversary here and have no regrets. Bathrooms 🚻 were very clean. Lazy river was awesome. We were welcomed with open arms👏we even got invited to a picnic ❤thank you to everyone that made us feel like family 👪 . Roland, the owner's son and his wife were very friendly as well. Loved that we could take our dog 🐕 with us ❤definitely will be returning 😊

Had a great stay! We just stayed 1 night as we are heading out west. Owners are super nice and welcoming. Sites are long so we didn’t need to disconnect our tow vehicle. Place is beautiful!

Oh, and we bought cowboy hats at the boutique shop on site. Definitely would go back!

We loved our first stay so much we came back two weeks later! Craig and Sharon have put a lot of hard work to turn this place into a beautiful welcoming Rv park. The lazy river is my favorite part. With a close second being the awesome boutique on site. This place has huge sites and the most beautiful pavilion that has places to sit and enjoy a nice cold drink out of the sun. This place is a great for large groups our first trip there we came with four trailers and used the buddy sites. A short drive to Weimer will give you several food options and a Walmart and H.E.B. We will definitely be back as soon as we can!

I cancelled one week before arrival date due to an unforeseen surgery. The owner would not refund nor credit my money. Then she booked it with someone else. No trees for shade. Muddy when it rains.

This place is beautiful. Not any trees where I could see could be an issue in the summer months. Plenty to do with corn hole, darts, lazy River pool, but that wasn’t open when we stayed. They said there was a hot tub, but that was at the owners house so not a great idea for guest use. Sites weren’t very level and were gravel and dirt/ mud. Grass in between the sites was nice.

The dog park was small but nice to have. Would only suggest lights for when it’s dark. Owner was super friendly and on site. Laundry was adequate as well. Only 4 bathrooms/ showers available. They were clean, but the floor cleaner was super slippery!!!

Would stay again! My wife wishes they had some cabins.

Would be great for family reunion, guys or girls weekends!
