It might be ok on a regular day but not on a holiday. People don't know how to drive, especially in big trucks!
I spent the day at Friendship Park for my grandson's birthday. I enjoyed it tremendously. There was lots of space, not crowded at all, clean bathrooms, and a wonderful camping area. The lake was beautiful and the people were amazing. I highly recommend it for anyone.
This park was terrible. $5 to get in and everything is closed and not maintained. The road to all of the picnic areas was gated. The bathrooms were not maintained. The grass looks like it hasn't been mowed all summer. They still have downed limbs everywhere. It was a joke.
Nice place if you are looking to get away from the crowds and fish or just enjoy the lake.
