We stayed for a month and were very happy. Great location, good price, and staff was helpful. The 5 mph park speed is well enforced and heeded by all, by all except their own golf carts. :-) Electric utilities was additional, and it was record setting heat in Aug, 2023. Our bill was $150 for a 3 a/c 45' RV, less than we feared, as we kept it comfortable. On going park maintenance is a positive sign of a long term planning. Pool size and designated parking for tow vehicles was also a plus. We will be back!!!
Great location for us. Smaller spots than newer resorts but still big enough for our 42' fifth wheel. Parking spot for our car but truck parked in overflow area. Great staff. Resort needs to trim trees more often. Will return to this resort.
Admiralty USED to be a nice place, but with this recent management change it leaves a lot to be desired. The interim manager who is there will put his buddies into spots they don't belong in due to RV size and kick people out for getting mad at his buddy coming within inches of taking out the homes AND vehicles of two different families and having to drive fully on other peoples' sites in order to attempt to get into the site they don't belong in. If you have to drive fully on someone else's site to try to fit in a site, you're too big for the site you're trying to get in. If we hadn't been home to move our truck they would have just allowed that guy to hit our stuff and told us directly that the park would not have been responsible for that despite the fact that we followed all the rules and were completely in our site, with no portion of our vehicle in the road.
But God forbid you hurt that manager's feelings with bad words when you're mad that your home and vehicle were almost destroyed and you were told that even if there had been a collision the park would refuse responsibility. He'll evict you even when you've had no violations. Furthermore, instead of corporate reviewing the camera footage, they'll just take the manager's word on everything so beware. The interim manager is on a power trip and has a severe Napoleon complex.
This park has been going downhill recently. They raise rates, don't improve amenities, and have recently been having issues with homeless people wandering into the park and endangering residents. Now, they did fix some major water issues over the summer so I'll give them that, and they are close to Sea World. Some key things to take in: corporate will never believe you even though they could review their own cameras, the interim manager lies and plays favorites, and the park will never accept responsibility if your personal property (i.e. your RV/home and/or vehicles) is damaged due to their incompetence.
Aside from the interim manager, all the other workers are great. Jenn is awesome at the front desk and is extremely personable and helpful. Myra works really hard to keep the park facilities clean and safe. And Oscar works his butt off every single day to help all the residents in the park and bends over backwards all the time to help. Those folks are amazing and I will miss them, but I do not miss the interim manager. I pray that he does not receive the full time manager position. If Quality RV puts that interim manager into the full time manager position, this park will fail.
Bathrooms were spacious and clean. The laundry room was even beautiful. Pool was large and clean with nice chairs. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. The only downside to this park among others I have visited while traveling, is the closeness of the rvs. Plenty of full timers was evident, but they were kept up and neat.
I currently live here. It is clean, quiet, and the people are friendly. There is a sense of community here because a lot of people are staying on a monthly basis. The staff takes a lot of pride in taking care of the needs of the residents. The pool is wonderful and the laundry room is huge and has up to date credit card system. If you need to use them, the public restrooms are very clean because they are cleaned and restocked daily. Also...something really cool is that the office puts out 4 overnight packets for empty rv pads so if you are rolling through and didn't make accommodations ahead of time, you can still have a safe place to sleep and just check in and pay online after hours.
