I love it here, I'm becoming a permanent resident here. I'm very comfortable here and the manager of the property, Louis is very understanding and polite.

They showers for both men and women. Plus they have a Landry mat,and a food store, also western shop with great items and prices. A must if you are animal friendly. Also a kid's play area.

It's nothing fancy, but it is a nice place. Small playground area for the kids, showers, bathroom, and laundry. Quiet except for the occasional train across the road, several long timers renting spots here. This is also a residential mobile home park, one side is dedicated to RV's. Showers and laundry are only for the rv residents, so your never really having to wait for anything. The location is close to a lot of things. 5 minutes to Walmart, about 15 from Kyle Field, a basic gas station at the entrance with a limited selection of snacks and somewhat decent selection of drinks.

I resided there for several months. The place is absolutely fantastic. Had it not been for work I would have stayed. The management is on point. Louis does a wonderful job . It's top shelf and highly recommended.
