Owner Mary was very helpful when we needed an overnight spot even though her campground was virtually full. Nice level pull thru.

I have been here almost a year and I truly never want to leave. I can proudly call this home. Great sites, scenery, and the owners, Bobby and Mary make you feel like family. They are truly a blessing.

This is without a doubt one of the nicest campgrounds I have stayed at. most of the sites are very level they are gravel but they drain very well and there’s no standing water so that means very few potholes. the people that run this place are the nicest people you would ever want to meet they are very helpful and they go out of their way to make yours a pleasant stay

The shower house and the laundry room were. Very clean and very well kept they also have a very nice pool very clean and the large room at the back of the building looks like for bigger get-togethers is very clean and well-maintained very pleasant atmosphere

If there were a higher rating I certainly would give it they are located very well, close to Austin about 97 miles from Houston and probably about the same to San Antonio good highways in all directions a nice place to just stop over and rest or plan on staying longer. April 3 2021

Do yourself a favor and check this place out or just put it in your memory bank somewhere for future use

This is by far the quietest park we have ever stayed in. We just stayed here for an overnight on our way home and it was great for that. We didn’t use the pool. Mary, the owner, was very cordial and helpful and met us with her golf cart and took us to our site. There are a number of full timers in here, but they have designated sites for overnighters. It’s a good overnight stop
