It would’ve been an entire 5 star stay but the electricity kept going out. The spacing was perfect, my family & I had an amazing time! We were right by the river just steps away. Also the prices were awesome for a quick get away with the family. Another problem we had was the transportation from floating down the river, we were in a group of about 12-13 people and we were able to get my brother in law to take us upstream so that we could float down. The site we stopped at just to get onto the river charged us $3.00 (not bad) just to get on the river after we’ve paid $400.00 for our spots then an additional $30.00 for us to float back to our site. The price of ice was $3.00 a bag but reasonable considering the fact we were on the river and they were selling ice right there. Nevertheless everything was amazing! When we did call for the electrical issue less than 10 minutes someone was there to fix it, and he didn’t leave until he knew we were fine. Restrooms weren’t far at all! Showers were connected and not too crowded like the last time we went camping.

We had a great time. Great location, being next to Mountain Breeze, with use of their facilities and store.

My family adores the manager Jerry aka Ol’Blue Eyes. He has a heart of gold.

Plenty of plugs at our site, and shade if you get spot 6!

Last min trip to spend sun-tues & Memorial day & celebrate a birthday we rented the RV on site for 4 people first time! management ( whole trip they were awesome ,& on the spot for ANY need!)on site greeted us right away showed us our area & gave us our wristbands so we could roam the campsite with all access & the next door campsite since that is the only store. our rv was spacious, clean had the basics you will need to bring river towels, bathroom toiletries, limited kitchen ware but bring specific stuff if needed, also bring your own coffee they have a pot but no Keurig ! No tv in our RV not sure on the others.. stove is a 3 gas burner & mini oven great & heat on demand fridge with mini freezer great for basics eggs juice some meats ,milk etc the bunk beds enough room for 9yo & 16 yo both very tall for their age or 2 small kids each the main bedroom sleeps 2 adults but not much room for bags, backpacks .bathroom is standard shower is heaven after a day at the river. Yes on Fire ring but no grill & you get picnic table bring your own outside lights to string along there is plug if not pretty dark also bring your wood is somewhat pricey, they have live music at night& bar to go in & socialize all staff friendly & accommodating. The river access is easy BUT holiday weekend did bring out a younger crowd & younger good time but no drama we moved over to where most other Families were. Public restrooms very clean even for a holiday!! BEST EXPERIENCE all around & we camp ALOT!! going back def this summer so don't forget about us Soggy Dollar because we will def

NOT forget about yall!!

My daughter (8) and I had a pretty swell time over 2 nights and 3 days tent camping on site 14 near the water. This spot was not covered with trees, but we spent the day in the water, so we didn't get too hot. There's electrical outlets at each site and a few fire pits, which are first come first serve. Water is available at the bathrooms (there's a spigot). Debbie and her husband, and their dog, do a good job at making you feel welcome and are available when you need them. They have shirts and tanks for sale. Thanks y'all!
