We stayed at the resort in a friends RV. The grounds were clean, bathrooms were clean and the amenities were good. I recommend calling ahead and asking how well the river is flowing. During our stay, the river was non-existent. They really need a pool for when the river is low. They had two pickle ball courts, a pavillian with seating and tables, corn hole, ping pong, several fire pits and a sandy beach seating/lounging area. They have a restaurant on site, but we did not eat at the on-site restaurant. The picture is at the pavilion, sitting at the fire pit, looking at the river.
This place is wonderful! The managers are on site and very responsive, we had a small issue, they arrived in 3 minutes and had a great solution! The grounds are great, we were in the pavilion and there was such a nice breeze. The temp was over 100 outside, but while warm, it was still comfortable enough to be outside. I understand they are adding a pool, that will be the icing on the cake! The cafe had great food! Overall a great weekend trip, I highly recommend!
Still feels secluded although easy to access. Probably a little close to highway noise. But! Cabin 103 was in excellent condition. Very clean, lots of incredible views, and the perfect place to go back to after exploring everything the hill country has to offer.
We went to the restaurant there and everything was absolutely delicious! The homemade salsa is amazing, and they also had a variety of baked goods, coffee, handmade lotions, and even some great artwork for sale at this roadside resort and restaurant. The cabins looked absolutely stunning and we will definitely be coming back!
I can not can not express how happy I am with this location. I did my wedding here this past weekend and it was amazing. The service the location everything was absolutely amazing. Stephanie and Bobby are amazing people and there service was outstanding they attend you well. I can not be anymore happier with them and the tillman team. My whole guest party have already started talking about going back and having future events and family gatherings there. Thank you so much for such an awesome time. To Stephanie and Bobby we love you and thank you so much we can not thank you enough.
