Owner is a great guy that truly cares about his tenants and property. Quite little community with no problems. Cool little bunny rabbits running around. Recommend to all!
Just moved in, so take my review for what it's worth. Seems like a quiet little park for full-timers. No frills, and plenty of potholes, but the occupants I've met so far have all been very friendly. The owner is polite and fair. The only complaint I've heard about her from residents is that she can be hard to get ahold of sometimes.
I would not right here again no one could be that desperate it's the worst place to go and this is what you call a slum yard save your money go somewhere else like brushy Creek RV Park that is a beautiful Price is Right you can you get to go swimming fishing fish you can swim they even have little storage sheds in the back of the RV spots why spend 450 for a pile of rocks because that's all you were get is a pile of rocks and for the same price you get swimming fishing a laundromat propane refill room a shower room all for around the same and even has sheds so really spend a little time look around you'll find much much much better it's worth looking don't go to this place brushy Creek I guarantee you will love
The website is not an accurate depiction of this place. But it's not bad at all! The owner seems friendly, and the area stays pretty quiet, tucked away from the main roads. Train runs nearby, so you'll hear it at night. But I find it a bit soothing, to be honest. Rent price is fair for having no amenities if you just need a place place park. Caters to long term renters tho, so people who are there have been there for a while. If you want a pool, level (concrete slab type) spots, laundry, there are some not far away for a price.
Considering the high price tag and the emphasis on the 10 year rule you’d think the place would look a bit… nicer. Sadly it just feels like you’re living in a cramped back yard. Wouldn’t recommend.
