Campsite: Royal Oaks RV/Mobile Home Park
So far, so good! A quiet community, mostly 55+. They required a background check for those staying more than a month, and they seem to keep up the place pretty well. Not trashy, not loud, peaceful and quiet. Construction on the road, looks like they're widening it, so FYI. Conveniently located less than 30min from just about anything you need: groceries, restaurants, shopping.
Diane is nice and helpful in the front office :)
Campsite: Crazy Horse Estate RV Park
The website is not an accurate depiction of this place. But it's not bad at all! The owner seems friendly, and the area stays pretty quiet, tucked away from the main roads. Train runs nearby, so you'll hear it at night. But I find it a bit soothing, to be honest. Rent price is fair for having no amenities if you just need a place place park. Caters to long term renters tho, so people who are there have been there for a while. If you want a pool, level (concrete slab type) spots, laundry, there are some not far away for a price.
