So far, so good! A quiet community, mostly 55+. They required a background check for those staying more than a month, and they seem to keep up the place pretty well. Not trashy, not loud, peaceful and quiet. Construction on the road, looks like they're widening it, so FYI. Conveniently located less than 30min from just about anything you need: groceries, restaurants, shopping.
Diane is nice and helpful in the front office :)

Very friendly people clean and neat. The activity director seems to always be on the lookout for another adventure.
