From jct US 19 & Hwy 60: Go 1 block W on Hwy 60, then 1-3/4 mi N on Old Coachman Rd.
The HOA fees are low and we have a great community of people and events
Pretty and well maintained from the look of it. Streets are newly paved but very narrow. Not much parking.
A wonderfully quiet economical place to call home. A small 100 or so unit resident owned co-op for 55+ with low maintenance fee. Perfect location close to everything but just off the major roads. A small friendship hall with almost daily activities, coffees, boncho, pot luck suppers, bible study, shuffleboard courts.
