Been here a couple months and so far I like it here... Very quiet and clean
Very bad place to live. If you smoke crack or do meth, this is the park for you!! Lots 5-10 are the connects and lot 36 is the plug!! I wouldn't plan on staying here for long if you don't get along with the druggies. They'll hang up on you, then make up false reports to the manager in order to get rid of you. Value your belongings and quality-of-life steer clear of this place.
Been here two months. Absolutely love the staff. The lady in the front office is exceptional and I think she should get a raise because she goes above and beyond.
I have lived here ten years now (two different houses) and I like it here. People complain about management and lot rent prices but this is Florida, everywhere is going up. Of course, there is always room for improvement, there is opportunity to make this place even better but home is what you make of it. People are friendly, they watch out for each other and for they most part, it is a very enjoyable place to live. ~Signed, (honorary) Governor Shawn 😀 ~
