Close to I-4 and I-75 intersection in Tampa. Beautiful country setting, but close to everything. We are the closest RV park to Busch Gardens®, the State Fair, malls, USF, VA, Moffitt and Lazy Days. The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino® is just 5 minutes away. Strawberry Festival 10 minutes, Disney World® and beaches 40 minutes. Amenities include 50 amp, showers, clubhouse, and laundry.
From jct I-75 (exit 260A) & Martin Luther King Blvd (Hwy 574): Go 1/2 mi E on Martin Luther King Blvd, then 4 mi N on Williams Rd.
This park is very peaceful and kept clean. I've dealt with a lot of management and Tami is by far the best. Very nice lady. People don't walk through lots. I have experienced that at other parks. It is kid and pet friendly 🙂 They keep trash picked up, laundry rooms kept up and showers working and clean. I would recommend staying here. There's a lot to do around here as well. Lettuce Lake Park, Busch gardens, casino, nice restaurants and much more.
The owner and manager were so understanding and helpful in a matter of missing property from a uShip shipment. I truly appreciate their help. I can not say THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU enough. If you're looking for an honest place, this is it. Thank you!!!
The park is family friendly and pet friendly. The office manager Tammy is a very nice lady who helped me out a lot.
We called them and the people in the office were very friendly and helpful she said that they had one stop open and she held it for us. We got a fantastic spot on the end, plenty of room, and the neighbors are GREAT. 🥳🙂🙂.
This cozy little park is a great place to live. I don't live here, but someone I know does. And it seems like a pretty chill place to reside. It's got a laid back feel what with the tree coverage and the residents seem cool. I haven't had any issues. It feels like I'm in Ocala National Forrest or something. Real Nature Boy vibes, Whooooo!
