Located 25 miles south of Tampa, 8 miles from Ruskin and 12 miles from Palmetto. From I-75 southbound take the Ruskin exit (Exit 240) and go west on highway 674 (College Ave.) until you intersect with U.S. 41. Go south on U.S. 41 for approximately 8 miles...we are on the east side of U.S. 41 with a landmark red barn at our entrance. From I-75 north take the I-275 exit towards St. Petersburg. Turn off 275 at the first exit which is U.S. 41. Go north on U.S. 41 approximately 5 miles and we are on the east side of the road with the easily recognizable red barn entrance.
Nice place. This is our first time @ Manatee RV Park. We are here for a weeks stay. It is the beginning of Summer Season and most of the Snowbirds have left. The Summer rate are 25% off regular rates. The facility is pet friendly and a 55 and older facility. Facility is very well kept and has lots to offer.
Ignorant. Think they own the easement and can control outside of their park. These people are birds always tweeting. Take your business elsewhere. If you need mobile repairs there is an extra fee just for the hassle of dealing with this park
We have been here over 1 year and enjoy the different wildlife we see. The maintenance crew does a great job keeping up the grounds. It's especially quiet and peaceful in the summer months.
Clean , friendly, a lot of upgrades to this park. Kelly is very nice and professional individual. More then a 5 star
Manatee RV Park is a great place. It has excellent amenities (pickleball, shuffleboard, exercise room, pool......)along with a friendly community. The staff is very caring and concerned about making your stay the best it can be. Highly recommended for your stay in Florida.
