Nice place. This is our first time @ Manatee RV Park. We are here for a weeks stay. It is the beginning of Summer Season and most of the Snowbirds have left. The Summer rate are 25% off regular rates. The facility is pet friendly and a 55 and older facility. Facility is very well kept and has lots to offer.

Ignorant. Think they own the easement and can control outside of their park. These people are birds always tweeting. Take your business elsewhere. If you need mobile repairs there is an extra fee just for the hassle of dealing with this park

We have been here over 1 year and enjoy the different wildlife we see. The maintenance crew does a great job keeping up the grounds. It's especially quiet and peaceful in the summer months.

Manatee RV Park is a great place. It has excellent amenities (pickleball, shuffleboard, exercise room, pool......)along with a friendly community. The staff is very caring and concerned about making your stay the best it can be. Highly recommended for your stay in Florida.
