Well kept, friendly. My daughter lives there and she was welcomed to come by and see us.
Beautiful park. A few family members live here and don't have any complaints. They have a beautiful lake with lots of turtles and they are really fixing the place up nice with some really nice activities. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
My 4th summer here as a permanent resident. Excellent facilities, extremely well maintained. Comparably inexpensive for the area. Can see that most of the residents take pride in their places. Maintenance Director, Kenny, keeps it all going.
Beautiful property! Clean, well appointed and professionally run this gem is close to the beaches and a short hop to Tampa. Reasonable rates and the ability to accommodate RVs of any size. They also have park model homes in a friendly, over 55 community. Heated pool, shuffleboard along with Spacious, level sites and blessedly, no speed bumps! It has a lovely feel of Old Florida!
One word for dog owners: there is a separate area for those who have dogs and a stated limit of 15 pounds for a dog. It's unknown if they make exceptions but you might call to find out...
