This property was once part of eight parcels called Raptor Groves. It was an orange grove, before becoming separated into eight agricultural and residential properties. Each parcel has a unique purpose for the land. Currently properties are used for Nurseries, Livestock grazing and enjoyment of every day life. The property is surrounded by water by the way of the C24 canal. As well there is a small stocked pond on the property for fishing and enjoying wildlife.
