Awesome brand new RV Resort. The lots have a lot of room and a perfect distance between pads. The bathrooms are clean and well laid out. The park employees are very friendly. Totally recommend this place!
It’s a very very nice small campground, the service is impeccable and it has a heated swimming pool, laundry room, etc.
Everything is new and everything was done with a lot of taste for the deco. The emplacement is also great and easy to get where ever you want and there a lot of amenities and goods restaurants nearby.
My only complaint would be that it is a bit noisy but, it’s noisy everywhere in Tampa Bay, so... and it was not a problem for us.

Complemented by complimentary snacks and drinks, a fire pit, paddle boards, kayaks, and a vibrant community, the resort caters to diverse interests.
The immaculate cleanliness and meticulously designed landscaping further enhance the overall ambiance. Our accommodation in the rented bungalow exceeded expectations, providing a pristine and appropriately sized space. The bungalow featured a room with a queen bed, a second room with two single beds, and an impeccably maintained bathroom.
Notably, Joe, the owner, contributed significantly to the positive experience with his exceptional service. For those seeking an upscale and welcoming retreat, I wholeheartedly recommend choosing Key Lime RV Resort.
Good location for accessing downtown Tampa. Nice paved RV sites with good amount of space. Easy to get in and out. Very nice pool with hot tub. Owner is nice and willing to help make your stay enjoyable. Another plus - You can launch a kayak into the river to get to the bay from the park. Only downside is the traffic noise if you’re on that side of the park but it’s the price you pay for city location.
