Good location for accessing downtown Tampa. Nice paved RV sites with good amount of space. Easy to get in and out. Very nice pool with hot tub. Owner is nice and willing to help make your stay enjoyable. Another plus - You can launch a kayak into the river to get to the bay from the park. Only downside is the traffic noise if you’re on that side of the park but it’s the price you pay for city location.
