All the people seem very nice in this park. One thing you need to think about is the truck traffic out on the highway. It gets louder at night and goes all night long.

Very nice, clean park. The residents here were very helpful. We ended up not staying, our rig was too big, but the people were so nice it made me wish we could have!!

My family checked into this resort last night. I have two small children this morning. I went to the office to turn in the check in paperwork and I found notices that lead has been detected in the drinking water. Due to the known dangers of lead and drinking drinking water, this made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable staying here. Accordingly, I decided to check out immediately asked for at least a partial refund. I had booked a month-long stay at a cost of over $900 and stayed one night. I left because of the posted warnings about the water and yet when I asked for refund that request was refused and I was treated very rudely by the park’s manager, Vicky. I would not recommend this place to anyone who has children or cares about their health.

They have lead in their water. When we went to check in we saw the mandated public notice of toxic water. We asked for a partial refund as we paid $1,000 for our stay and found out about the lead on our first day. They refused any refund at all. The manager does not seem to understand how math works, as the notice even says the acceptable level in zero. The levels are up to .0078 currently and they will be shutdown when they reach .015 as is the law.

This was the best experience we could have asked for. From the phone call making our reservation to the the welcoming experience all around. We really enjoyed the family like atmosphere and felt like home during our stay. Many thanks to Scott the Maintenance Man for going out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you all at Sunshine RV Resort. Sadly we didn't get to enjoy the heated pool before it was fixed but we did still enjoy the pool!
