Great place to live, clean pools and bathrooms in pool house areas. Some year round residents are snobbish and do not like co-mingling of residents from other communities on any regular basis. It does cater to golfing enthusiasts and golf carts & golfers are allowed just about everywhere. It's a double gated community with gate security a major factor here. Gate code changes can be problematic at times. But overall it's a lovely place to live and/or just play golf.

Deer Creek Golf and Country Club is a VERY nice 55 and over community. We just bought in, and the office is great to work with. Glenda was phenomenal, and helped us every step of the way. They were all very fast and professional. Great amenities including golf, pools, shuffleboard, horseshoes, tennis, card games, bingo, darts, music bands, Tiki bar, snack shop, community rooms. Very nice people who live there, and it feels safe. My wife and I feel very blessed to be a part of this community.

Love the people here, they're all so happy. It's a 55+ Motorcoach RV resort on a golf course. They have a tiki bar and 2 restaurants on the property. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. This is a gated community with a public Golf course

It’s a quaint little executive course. If you have never played it it’s all par 3’s and 4’s. Some of the 3’s are less than 100 yds and could be extended, but they don’t use those tee boxes. Some of the greens had some disease, but l never felt it interfered with putting. But the speeds are inconsistent. At least half of the tee boxes need leveling. The traps are a soft powder/sand, and are in good condition and large. At least two par 3’s are blind shots, and the one par 4 (15th) has a massive oak tree in the middle of the fairway. The pace of play was wonderful, but the course had few players on it. The cost: $37 + $5/cart + $5/small basket of balls. Was it worth it…? I guess so. I didn’t go in with high expectations, so l wasn’t disappointed. Would l go back - absolutely.
