The streets are very narrow and there are no street lights. It’s hard to drive down the road without concern for hitting cars parked off to the side because no one has driveways.

Took a drive threw this park, omg it looks like a homeless camp. Too many campers too close together there are some really old trailers. There is no parking for so many people. Alot of the campers are in bad shape. This park looked better when they had regular mobile homes and not campers. I guess it's all about money they don't care if you dont have space

Lived here for about a year and a half. Quiet park with friendly neighbors. We loved the pool and that it's heated all winter. Within walking distance of the beach, dining, and shopping. You can see the Kennedy Spacw Center launches from the park. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others.

moved in when the old owners owned it 2 months later a corporate company called parakeet communities bought it they said the rent wasn't going to go it went up not even a year later $200 they had a list of things that they were going to do the only thing they did was fixed the pool and put bark mulch down out front management absolutely horrible especially the new manager. I paid my rent on time every month I was basically sick the whole time I was their rarely left my RV they asked me to leave because they said I was a nuisance if the new manager doesn't like you you get thrown out. the rules didn't apply to everybody and they made them up as they went along. there was never a list of rules and given to anybody. people are leaving left and right. and I don't blame them . rumor has it in January the rents going up another $200 I could go on and on. but I won't. put it this way you couldn't pay me to stay there!!!

Very nice park. Clean and well kept since new owners took over. Landscaping and pool area upkept regularly and residents are expected to keep sites clean and neat. There ARE street lights but must admit parking can be an issue. Other than that, no negatives from me. Liz and Jason are great people to work with and focus on keeping this a safe, clean place to live. Not a lot of empty spaces though, because once you get here you don't want to leave! A real "community" where everyone looks out for each other. Amazing location!!
