Located 5 miles from Dade City & Zephyrhills, and 25 miles from Lakeland. From I-75, take Exit 285 to Dade City on SR 52. Turn right onto Truck Route 98 S, and go 1/2 mile (veer left) on 35A to Richland. Follow 35A south 6 miles to Stewart Road and turn left.
Management is difficult to reach via telephone. They do not return messages left on their answering service. I have an unit in storage and looking to change bc after Many Mansions was bought by Cobblestone storage clients are second class citizens that are not attended to. Cannot speak as a resident but if you are looking for vehicle storage space, go elsewhere.
Wow! Sandbar is changing! The new homes they've brought in are beautiful. The location is convenient and close to so many attractions. I can't wait to see what's next for this community. One of the benefits of this community is the large lots.

Visited a friend on their first snowbird season and this is a nice, clean RV park. Easy to get in and out from the main road.
