From North: I-75 South Exit 228 toward St. Petersburg Sunshine Skyway Bridge. Exit 2 US 41/Palmetto, at stop sign at base of exit ramp turn right, entrance is 1/4 mile north on the left. From I-275 South: Exit 2 Palmetto/US 41, left turn at the base of the off ramp. Entrance is 1/4 mile north on the left.
Clean, friendly, great pool, awesome activities, great residents.

I met with Jerilyn what a wonderful woman she showed me around the facility and I was in Ahh the pool area was so clean and inviting crystal clear water. This was my first time ever at Winterset RV Resort. Loved it. I would recommend this Resort.
The best kept secret on the Gulf coast. Clean, quiet, well maintained, amazing staff, friendly residents and guests. The location is central to St Pete, Tampa, Sarasota, and the amazing beaches of Ana Maria Island.
We stayed at Winterset for a week in January. Our only problem was the week went by too fast.
All the people we met were remarkably friendly, starting with Jerilyn at the front desk.
A great variety of well-attended fun activities. Two food trucks visited and our meals were absolutely delicious.
Winterset's location is outstanding with some of the best beaches nearby. Fort De Soto, Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key, St Pete, Sarasota, Bradenton, Tampa.......Palmetto is right in the middle of it all.
