This park needs a training seminar from the ADA. We were denied and lied to several times by the women who answered the phone. I had asked for availability for august 3rd to sept 3rd. I was told that we couldn’t be approved for a site due to the fact that the owner wasn’t on site and only he could approve service animals and he wouldn’t be back for a couple months. The lies snowballed from there. Very disappointing to see parks like this to be so undereducated about ADA laws. I have already contacted a representative from the ADA discrimination legal team. Im sure they will find out how outdated their policies are shortly. The amount of lies and random tangents the women on the phone came out with made me glad to look elsewhere. Stay away if you have an ADA service animal as they will certainly find a way to make sure there is no availability. (at least for now 😉)

I've been here for about 6 years this is the longest I've lived in one place since I was under my mother's roof the park is beautiful ,clean and quiet. The owners are nice people after reading some reviews it seems like other guests in the past had issues with the owners. They built this place from nothing into what it is today. They don't take no riff Raff in this park. Which to me is great very friendly people.

I would stay away from this park. The park is rundown, poorly maintained and very old. The roads have potholes and several people have been hurt walking at nights and early mornings. Unless you are a Canadian you are treated very poorly. The owner and his son seem to be very miserable people and walk around with a chip on their shoulders all the time looking for issues that don’t exist. The residence are scared of the owner and his son and will not say a word negative about the place. Several of the park models have been renovated without permits and are totally not within code. Do yourself a favor and read ALL of the reviews before you go here. The owners are really people you don’t need to spend your hard-earned dollar with!!!
