I had to cancel my stay due to a family illness. Lone Oak Park does not have a publicly listed return policy. When Keith took my deposit over the phone, he did not disclose a return policy either. THEY ARE FRAUDULENTY REFFUSING TO RETURN MY DEPOSIT. They have now forced me to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I will be leaving a review EVERYWHERE that is possible to warn others. I have a friend who is in the area. They drove thru the park. Be warned that the images that are on their website DO NOT represent the current conditions of the park. This place is run down. There is an RV there that is missing half of it's walls, stray cats EVERYWHERE, the permanent trailers look like a scene from the Hoarders apocalypse. DO NOT STAY THERE. Keith refund my money to prevent further legal action.

Stayed for a month, little too close to expressways, traffic noise, parked next to BIG RV helped block noise. Park needs upgrading, streets have no street names and in poor condition. The lot sites had no numbers; we weren't given map of place-help!!!!

Good thing was we were close to many attractions & the Amish owned market was about a mile away, excellent produce & very reasonable, free snacks! Probably won't go back, will find better park.,..(sorry)

I called to get information about annual RV lots. The guy that answered the phone was obviously preoccupied. Didn't have anything g positive to sell me on the property. Said he had no ammentities, no pool, no activities. I have been in property management myself for 22 years and knowing nothing about Loan Oak Park, I could have found something positive to sell the site. No enthusiasm what so ever. I will take my rv and go someplace else but Loan Oak Park, do yourself a favor and hire someone else for the office and to answer your phones. A maintenance guy could have done a better job. Your website.....no price updates since 2019....what's up with that....? You need current prices on your website, not prices from 4 years ago. Best of luck Lone Oak.

**** COMMENT on Response from Lone Oak Park

I understand if you are full and I understand if you don't have ammentities BUT....a person who answers the phone for your business, wouldn't you still expect them to be courteous when someone calls your business??? As I mentioned in my above review, I have been in Property Management for 22+ years and there are ways to mention the lack of ammentities and still sound professional. There were a few parks/resorts that I called that were full and/or were full but they were still courteous and professional. I am sure anybody else calling for information would expect the same treatment I did.
