Debbie at Breezeway Rv Park is one of the sweetest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the 1st phone call she was such a sweetheart. We just rented a spot, and so far so good. I wish there was a shower/bathroom for people who are just getting started with their campers, but other than that we are totally stoked!
We have seasoned at Breezeway for two seasons. Due to the death of a family member we sold our camper and will stay at Barefoot Bay from here on in. Managers Deby and Dave make sure thr park is well maintained and that the rules are adhered to. There is an area for public wash machine and dryer use, which is reasonable. We enjoyed our stay here especially since there was a pier to watch launches, dolohin watching and fishing.
I have lived here since November and I love how friendly everyone is. The other RVers are very helpful when I need help.
I love listening to the wind chimes that are on other lots and enjoy the wildlife that share our park.
Breezeway has a dock with a beautiful view and awesome fishing.
I love the idea that the park allows young people and children on a short term basis and is pet friendly.
Park Host and Owner are both very nice and friendly.
I stayed with these people last year. Go out of there way to make your visit as nice as possible. Debbie and Dave are great people. Anything I ask for Dave went out of his way for me. I even run out of gas for on the way into the lot,(like a dummy) and Dave gave me 5 gallon of gas and would not take a penny from me. Even after throwing 20 at him. He walked away. Very good people.
I notice a 1 star by a Mr. Roy and was really very surprised. He forgot to mention that he was parked in a grocery store parking lot when he move to the Breezeway and in the process of moving in he hit the electric meter post and practically knocked it to the ground and got hung up. And his fellow residence got together and got him off of the cinder block electric apparatus. That they managed to fix the post at no expense to him! He had little or no experience in driving this monster. He forgot that there are taxes added to the $187.00 bill. I can't imagine him being told that the lot rent was only $525 a month. It has been $550 as long as I have been here and that is for the last 18 months. It is a very clean park, everyone watches out for everyone, The Hostess is very cordial and polite, and does everything within her power to accommodate! It is located close to stores, has a beautiful view of the Sunrise, the property is very well kept! It is a 55 and over park. People keep coming back year after year for some reason! So sorry you didn't appreciate your stay and the help you received when you were in dire straights! I love my park and my hostess! We won't be leaving anytime soon! I noticed that some of these reviews are loaded with falsehoods. The fishing dock is very well maintained, and quaint. You can go to the Camelot for big $$$s and as long as you RV is no older than 10 yrs old.
