Live next door to this park and have been carting through almost.4 years now.everyome has always been friendly until today .Just took a friend through looking at potential places for her camper and was stopped by "the owner" who was rude and asked us to no longer " ride our golf cart " through and my husband had an empty beer can in the cart..Thank GOD we have a decent place to park our motorhome cause it wouldn't there! The next time Any of thier residents come in the our park..I will let them know they have their own park to walk and ride their bikes in..maybe the new owner is a reason they do come over here!
Wish I could give NO stars. Judy was nice as ever but her partner was a whole other story. JUST PLAIN RUDE. Someone who certainly should not be interacting with other humans.
The owners are NASTY AND DISRESPECTFUL PAIR THAT DISCRIMINATE AGAINST THE HANDICAPPED..I had a family member who was going to move there, but was refused approval due to her service dog..YES THAT IS A FACT..THEY ASKED MANY INAPPROPRIATE QUESTIONS REGARDING HER HANDICAP, SUCH AS WHAT MAKES HER HANDICAPPED, DOES SHE USE A WHEELCHAIR AND WHY SHE HAS HER DOG.. AND THEN WAS TOLD THAT SHE WAS NOT ALLOWED TO LIVE THERE BECAUSE HER DOG WAS TOO BIG.. THE NERVE OF THEM TO TREAT ANYONE WHO HAS A HANDICAP THAT WAY.. AND WHEN I CONFRONTED THEM ABOUT IT THEY ATTEMPTED TO TRY TO PUT IT OFF ON THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND WE ALL KNOW THAT AN INSURANCE COMPANY WOULD NEVER DENY SOMEONE'S SERVICE ANIMAL BECAUSE THEY KNOW THAT IT IS ILLEGAL..
I found this park to be quaint in size & character. Small feel with variety of clubhouse activities. Homes appeared to be maintained meeting park rule standards. Some green space, a few trees. Landscape appeared to be well maintained by management. No cats roaming around. (Which is a big NO). Nice location off 2 lane road leading to 4 lane. Within 3 miles of basic laundry, groceries, shopping and restaurants.
