Sandhill Shores

Visited my parents there a few times when they stayed there. Everyone there for the most part were friendly and peaceful. The shuffleboards and the gameroom was well kept, as well as the pool.

Wonderful place. Sandhill Shores is a clean beautiful Manufactured home community. The staff are very friendly, helpful and take time to listen. Beautiful homes.

Stay away. After living there for 3 years and never late with a payment. Dealing with the water being turned off frequently due to old pipes breaking and at the worst times of day.Staff is fake. Gave me 31 days to move out because I dared say something about the water always going off and the many serious issues with the trailer they are ignoring, like holes in the floor collapsed ceiling in kitchen and many more problems. Now I will be homeless at the first of the year.

My wife and I were a little unsure about moving here, mainly because of it being an adult community. However after meeting with Mayra and covering all of the details, we would highly recommend Sandhill Shores and especially Mayra! She was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasurable to work with!!!

Me and my wife just moved in this week. And honestly from the minute we stepped on the grounds we were treated amazing. Mayra was absolutely fantastic greeted us with professionalism and respect she really made us want to live at Sandhill. ALLEASHA at the front desk was also amazing she sent e mails for us and explained everything to us she was very helpful. We love our new home and look forward to our future at Sandhill Shores.
