Located 7/10 mile west of Clearwater Largo Rd./Alt. 19, and 4 miles west of US 19 on the north side of the road.
Very nice with excellent staff, Raul and Donna go far above there normal duties to insure a safe and comfortable community is present here!!! Raul is quick to assist anyone in the park and it makes a big difference when in need, Donna on the other hand is like having a second mother who looks out for her flock !!! Well done Team Thankyou
Donna and Raul have this place running like a well oiled machine. Things have really improved since ive gotten here in March of this year, and the remolding projects in and around the office and pavilion are really looking good. Trees were cut down or trimmed back, for the safety of the residents and there property.
We moved here temporarily earlier this year. While living here, we have been very impressed with Donna and Raul. Not only are they both extremely friendly and professional, they work very hard every day to make this the best experience for residents. Raul is very knowledgeable in all things maintenance, and he addresses any needs immediately, Raul is always willing to go the extra mile with a smile on his face, and routinely goes above and beyond. He takes great pride in his work and the satisfaction of the residents. We are very impressed with Donna and Raul, and it is for this reason, we have decided to make this our permanent residence. As an HR Director for 30+ years, I recognize dedicated, hard working, loyal employees, and Raul and Donna are two of the best I’ve come across. I highly recommend this property, not only because of them, but the atmosphere, the location, the grounds maintenance, community gatherings, shady lots, and overall vibe of the community. You won’t be disappointed.
I've been living here for 2yrs now. I'm very happy with Donna and Raul. If you have a problem, they work with you to help get it resolved! It's a nice quiet place for 55yrs and older. Everything is close by. You can actually ride a bike to stores and beach. Prices are reasonable for people on fixed incomes.
Great people, great park environment. Donna the park manager is very accommodating. Close to the beaches and Pinellas Trail. Jimmy Snyder & Rick from Rider Resales, who sold me the trailer, were so helpful and genuinely concerned about my comfortability and extremely flexible. All around great experience
