Big Okee RV Park offers 183 landscaped sites located near many boat launches for simple access to Lake Okeechobee fishing. Whether you want to get away for a weekend, a month or the season we are the place to go.
I bought a fifth wheel that is stable in this park from a friend and when I moved in everybody welcomed me with open arms.
I have a beautiful deck that I get to see the beautiful birds every single morning.
Whenever there is anything that comes up that might be a issue Rita takes care of it a immediately.
I've heard a lot of stories about the park before she took over and I can tell you it is not overcrowded, the places that were run down are gone now, and she has zero tolerance for any drama negativity or anything that is going to make anybody in this park unhappy.
When anything does arise she's all over it and she makes sure she takes care of that problem and removes it if it need be, she has zero tolerance for anything that will make you feel uncomfortable
and you will be extremely happy if you visit here or if you come to live here.
They also have a laundry room with new washers and dryers and men and woman's bathroom with showers that is cleaned every week.
Me and my pets are extremely happy here and I plan on being here for a very long time.
Absolutely love it here ! Friendly neighbors & RITA is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING… I’ve stayed in a few parks over the yrs & RITA is by far the BEST park Management I’ve had she’s the sweetest person & issues are handled quickly RITA goes ABOVE & BEYOND to make everything as smooth as possible for us even as far as checking in on me if she hasn’t seen me for a few days she knows my health is not the greatest RITA is truly 1 in a MILLION so happy we found this little piece of happiness!!!
I am a part-timer and I absolutely love this place and the manager Rita.
I have been coming here for about 10 years and I plan on coming for the next 20 God willing.
They have beautiful bathrooms up near the laundry room and the washing machine and dryers are brand new and all three rooms are always clean in the bathrooms looks so good they even have cute little rugs in it to make it feel more at home.
The people in the park where I live are so awesome and friendly and everybody always waves and talks to you and says good morning it's just an awesome place to live or visit.
They have events across the street at the main community room and they are so much fun to go to.
When I look out my backyard I have the canal there and it's so beautiful to see all the different birds out there and once in a while you'll see a alligator but they don't even bother you.
There's also a place on both sides to clean your fish if you want to go fishing.
If there is any issues in the park Rita takes care of it immediately and she does not allow anybody's yard to look like a disgusting mess.
Rita is on top of everything around here which is really awesome.
I absolutely love living here and my backyard gives me so much peace and serenity after a hard day's work.
The manager Rita is such an awesome manager she always comes by and checks up on me and see if I need anything.
I could not imagine living anywhere else.
If you want a great place to stay whether it be part-time or full-time this is the place to stay.
