Nice place but really needs either better management or better maintenance people. New management. See how this goes. So far so good. Needs another maintenance guy. Can't say more for now
I have lived here for 7 yrs and have never seen these parks look so good I really appreciate the friendliness and the hard work that Angel and John has done so far with all the parks I Have friends also at hickory lake estates and they say the same everything is being taken care of like it should of been years ago Regards,

I have live at Frostproof Mobile village the pool heater has been on or for 2 years. The part needs to be reordered. The residents deserve what is advertised on the website . Heated Pool this is a contradiction. This pool is not heated. The staff Angel and John are doing a terrific job. They are doing the best they can under the circumstances. John continues to keep the pool clean and does a wonderful job keeping the grounds well maintained.
My mom and I have lived here for over 8 years. For the last few years our place has been flooded due to the drains on lake side not being cleaned out. We have asked management several times to clean them and they always tell us that they put in a work order for it. Well here we in hurricane season and nothing is still done. The road isn’t even drivable due to how much rain gathers there.
Every summer the is closed for 1 reasons or another and it’s definitely not heated. Hasn’t been since we have lived here.
I have lived here for 8 years. And for the last 4 years I have flooded. They keep saying they’re going to clean the drains out on the lake side. They haven’t yet and probably won’t either. Now we are in the process of having 2 hurricanes coming at us and they’re still not cleaned out. I know I’m going to flood again. They’re packed with dirt, grass and sand. It’s like they don’t even care. They never even came down to check on us after the last flood. We had fish swimming in our living room. No cared. No helped. No one checked on us.
