The park is quiet and pretty with big trees for shade during the Texas heat. There aren’t very many nice amenities for the monthly price to stay. The showers were rarely ever hot and they only had two, with no a/c or heat in them. Spring/summer/fall months the one shower with water that would sometimes get hot a short amount of time would be very hot or humid inside with no ventilation or air flow. The park manager was not always the friendliest and someone we would try to avoid if we saw out in the park. We lived there a year and a half and in that time they raised the price of rent twice. It is one of the only parks in the area with large amounts of shade but other than that I would look at other park options to stay with lower prices and better amenities.

I recently came to visit the park to see if it would be a good fit for me. I had high hopes from seeing their website with nice photos. And while the grounds seemed to be well kept for the most part, the staff was what turned me off completely. The manager came out and asked me what I wanted! She was beyond rude and told me there was a long waiting list, almost 2 years she said. However, there were multiple empty spots throughout the park. I just felt like she was lying to me. I noticed there were other management complaints but I was hoping those stemmed from some minor incident. Now I see they are completely valid complaints. I certainly hope the owners of the park see these complaints and deal with her. The park seems like it would be a great place to live and I'm sure it would absolutely flourish with fresh new friendly management. No one wants to live in a beautiful place with people who have ugly personalities.

This park is great. We love management and the service they provide. They’re working hard for us even during difficult weather making sure we are all taken care of. The neighbors are friendly and very helpful which we appreciate as we learn the Rv lifestyle. We love living here and we are thankful to have found a spot when we got our RV this year. I love it here and my wife loves how easy it is to contact management for help or for inquiries.

This place is amazing! So peaceful, the grounds are very well kept, throughout the park there are mature trees, lots of shade, friendly people, social events, first class all the way. They have thought of everything, even a dog grooming station with an outdoor tub to bathe your dogs!!!!
