The park was half a residential trailer park and half a “resort” was very crowded. In the two nights we were there, the bath house never had towels and we had to wait for employees to arrive to ask for them. If you own dogs who appear to be the least bit intimidating- even if highly trained- don’t bring them to this place. We were asked ONCE to keep them leashed which is understandable and they were kept leashed. However, they have lied and stated that we were told numerous times. We booked for the amount of people we had and yet they price gouged when we were trying to leave our keys. Their employees were gone at check out time and another customer had to tell them that we were in fact not at our cabin the entire day and neither were our belongings. We were also price gouged upon arriving having to pay $80 on top of the price of booking. And having to pay for an extra camp site because the cabin was smaller than advertised.

The stay was not so good, very disappointed.

I reserved a 5 person cabin paid for a 5 person cabin and got a 4 person cabin when I got there. Got charged extra for the people that stayed with me. We were also price gouged for the tent sites that our extended family reserved. We had to wait till mid morning for propane and toilet paper. We were also placed next to an irate resident witch made us feel uncomfortable. When we wanted to check out we had went up to the office to turn our key in, the office was closed till 1pm. So we went out to the lake as planned. Came back around 2:30 to turn the key in and the lady at the front desk wanted to charge us another $80 for half day stay. If it wasn’t for a man sitting in the lobby part of the office telling her that we had been gone since 11 she would have charged me again. She is quite rude and unprofessional. We won’t stay again.

READ THE REVIEWS AND LET THAT GUIDE YOU!!!! I am retired military and have stayed in a foxhole for days and can tolerate a quite a bit. I left and never stayed due to conditions. I finally got my money back after they said they would return my money only if I would not post the conditions or pictures. I could post alot more but will stay kind on my part but be fair to others thinking of staying here. Yes its close to the lake but worth the simple drive back to town. Ended up staying right down the road half way back to town at the Gunnison Inn at Dos Rios on the Golf Course. They are great there and highly recommend.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place!

A little backstory, I grew up going here for most of my life when I was a child and since adulthood… I haven’t been back in 13 years and I remember it really going downhill. All I can say is the new owners have done an absolutely fabulous job renovating and upkeep.

This place has become so family friendly and a beautiful venue for camp outs with a playground and volleyball court while also being private and secluded enough for couples and people trying to be closer to the quiet nature.

If you are a true camper, you know that these cabins are the ultimate “glam’ping” experience. I was happily surprised to see a full kitchen and bathroom in the cabin, plus they set us up with clean sheets, towels, and cookware. We came overly prepared expecting an empty cabin with a couple beds and ended up barely unloading our car. We were perfectly comfortable and loved taking our morning walks around the resort and waving good morning to everyone.

The little store at the front office has all your midday snacks and emergency items plus fishing gear to help set you up to have the full lake resort experience. I couldn’t be more happy to see how much effort and pride they have put into to this place, and it really shows.

With the helpfulness of the staff, the great price, amazing amenities and beautiful scenery, I cannot wait to return for another peaceful weekend out by the blue mesa at Oasis Resort.

Barry is on top of it when it comes to maintenance. We mentioned frozen pipes and he immediately came to check it out and fixed the problem. Gerry always waves and says hello when you seen him out working. The office staff is great. Kristi and Kari both helped explain my reservation and helped me with payment. The viww from my porch is amazing also! Overall it's a beautiful place to visit short term or stay longer of you decide to. I'll be using them from now on for any future stays.
