Privacy in the woman’s shower was nil . If you try and hang up something to cover your body or silhouette, they take it right down. After every bad review there seems to be “glowing” reviews afterwards. The place is NOT beautiful and is a total dump. We had no idea what we were getting into. We left Hope Hill to go there and planning to leave until Betty decided after covering the shower window again, charges are filed against my daughter? We have many questions that we have gotten pictures and statements from that actually live there and will show, if needed . Last time Insaw there was a somewhat “curtain” in the window conveniently thrown up bf the police arrived. Wait for the glowing “fake” reviews after this post. When you stay somewhere and have to retain a lawyer sue to your stay and privacy being neglected OVER AND OVER? I’d just find a nice spot off 1704. Will add the before and after pictures of the. Atheism window.

Horrible place to live. Owner will let you and your family be harrased by your neighbors to no end and call you a liar even with video evidence and gets mad that the police come out. Had to call sanitation department for trash and has a bad attitude all around about her property. She will also try charge you extra rent for residents when there is no occupancy limit or statement about it.

I've lived here for six yrs. Great place to live quiet, out in the country, and right by the river. Couldn't ask for a more peaceful environment, and the pond with goldfish in it is pretty cool. A horseshoe pit is also available to use.
