Great little gem sitting on the side of the river. Beautiful scenery with the abundant sounds of nature. This was probably the quietest and most peaceful campground we have ever visited. My wife and I go seeking relaxation and to get away from the world, both of which were achieved here. I highly recommend Birdsville if you’re needing to unwind.

We stayed here on a late October trip. Being that it was late fall the campground was not busy. Extremely quiet and laidback atmosphere. Close enough for us to visit Land Between The Lakes Recreational area. Right on the Ohio river adds to the enjoyment of this place. Owners live on site and they are incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this campground

This is a full hookup campground with numerous spots that back up to the Ohio River. At many sites, large, mature trees offer shade without rig interference. The owner/managers are great people. The grounds are well maintained and there is daily trash pickup at site. We had no problem maneuvering our 46 ft 5ver. It is in a very rural area so traveling for groceries and services will take 15-20 minutes, but the location is so worth it! Close to Paducah and Land Between the Lakes National Park. The Livingston County Trail system offers all the hiking and mountain biking you could want. All about 20 minutes from the campground.

Our stay at Birdsville Riverside RV park has been the most peaceful and relaxing stay we have had on this trip. We were escorted to our site overlooking the Ohio River where we enjoyed watching the barge traffic every day! The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Paducah is just a short 30 minutes away and home to the National Quilt Museum and Hancock Fabrics, which made this quilter very happy!
