A.J. Jolly Park & Campground is an award-winning, 1000 acre park that offers 83 Camping Spots (47 of which have been improved with water and electric) and many outdoor activities.
A.J. Jolly offers approximately 20 miles of trails to enjoy a day out on the horse. We are proud of our new stable and campground, which includes a new 28 stall barn, 12 site campground with water and electric, comfort station, dump station, pavilion with grills, and a playground.

Site 30 has a great view of the lake. Water & electric (you need extra long cords) backin and you need leveling blocks. Very clean bath house, dump station. Will definitely stay again.
The campsites are slowly being washed away and all tent camping sites are downhill, so you end up rolling around all night long while trying to sleep, which makes the next day of fun very exhausting. I would suggest renting the cabins or camping in a camper instead. They have a beautiful lake you can kayak or canoe in, but swimming is not allowed, which is a bummer but it's still enjoyable on nice days, if you want to rent a boat or bring your own. 🌿🦋🌺
This place was so clean and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Kayak rental was easy and the dock was in good shape. We will be back!
I love coming to AJ Jolly especially due to its close proximity to Cincinnati. The lake is gorgeous and is a great place to relax, fish, and kayak. They also have a frisbee golf course and some other amenities (playground, baseball field, kayak rentals, horse trails, and separate golf course) that I haven’t personally taken advantage of but seem to widely popular. The bathhouses were recently renovated and are some of the nicest I’ve had the pleasure of using. You will not regret a trip to AJ Jolly!
A popular tip is that parking is limited to two vehicles (not counting your rig) to each spot. If you have guests they will need to park in the reserve lot at the front of the park and you can shuttle them back and forth as needed. It’s not perfectly convenient, but it keeps the space manageable for everyone.
Our site was absolutely beautiful. It was a great quiet campground during the week, but on the weekend there was a lot of very loud music late into the night.
We loved the disc golf and the playgrounds. My only complaint in that regard is there is no where for the kids to walk to and hang out. You have to drive to everything, which requires us not enjoying our down time as parents.
Check out my photos to see how beautiful our spot was!
