From Louisville, take I-65 south to exit 76 and turn west onto Highway 224. After 9 miles turn left on Highway 479, then continue for another 8 miles and turn left onto Highway 88. Continue into the campground entrance.
Great place to take your family. Beautiful scenery. You can boat, fish, hiking trails, swim, and camp. Prices are reasonable and nice friendly staff.
My brother has a cabin on this lake, beautiful spot and a nice lake for recreation. The only time I’ve seen it crowded was on holiday weekends and even then it was still pretty peaceful. Have to be careful driving around here because it’s Amish country.
Very beautiful place! Enjoyed a nice day of fishing and taking in the beautiful scenery.
