There isn't a lot of security in the campground like we are used to in Indiana and Ohio. The bathhouse didn't seem to be routinely cleaned and was out of toilet paper one day. Small campground but having a stream at the back of out campsite was really calming. We weren't able to use the dumpstation because our rig was too big to safely make the turn to where it was up by the bathhouse. If you need the dumpstation you may want to bring one of those little blue toters that you pull behind your truck to empty. The campground was centrally located close to everything in Natural Bridge State Resort Park and Red River Gorge area.
Always fun plenty of beautiful trails to hike. The camp ground is always clean. Kinda cold at night The men's bathroom heat was broken but o well still had a blast.
My friends and I took 2 of my boys camping last week. It was a great spot. A little far from the bathroom but we did not mind the x hike. We plan to bring our Girl Scouts troop back this fall. ❤️❤️❤️ added bonus was the trails right on sight.
Great campground. Very clean bathrooms. Felt very private even in a public place. Was able to walk to trails from the campground.
This was an awesome campground, and I absolutely loved it! I have done lots of camping, and this is one of the best! My grandkids loved it as well. It was very nice and felt very safe many trails in the area it was so beautiful! I highly recommend it.
