Take US 27 to Falmouth. Turn on highway 22 east off of US 27. Highway 22 east is also Main street in Falmouth. Highway 159 north will bear off to the left of highway 22 east. The park entrance will be on the right approximately 4 miles from Falmouth.
Fun, beautiful place to camp and have fun with family. Wish pool was opened and some rude boaters when trying to fish and wish it had a better spots in someplace to get closer and easier way to the water. Other than that it was pretty fun
Campsites are steep in the tent area! You get a ring, grill, and picnic table. Pool is nice, no swimming in the lake. Wood & ice priced like outside the park. Bathrooms are functional, but not especially clean.
I'm not one to leave bad reviews but sometimes the info needs to get out. RV site #68 is almost unusable. Not a level piece of ground on the whole site - not even to set up a couple of lawn chairs. My husband did his magic to make the main door of our 44' 5th wheel accessable but the back door is useless. (See what a previous RVer had to do at site 67 to level his rig in one of the pics). Bathrooms are in dire need of refurbishment! Sites are very tight!
On the upside (the reason I gave it 2 stars) they have lots of amenities and activities - pool, mini-golf, fishing etc. But as a senior I came here to relax and can't do much of that at this site.
Beautiful day fishing. But the fishing was slow. But watch the wildlife while fishing. And the Halloween decorations was a treat.
Drove around just checking things out, making plans for the summer very friendly staff and beautiful area, can’t wait to go camping and fishing. Pool looks very nice too!
Update finally was able to go camping the site was what to be expected with primitive camping some spots a little to small/ to close to others but good neighbors helped. All and all it was a nice experience and would come back! The pool could use some new furniture but so much potential! Staff was very friendly!
