Great spot centralized to most of the trails we hit! It's not extremely back country camping. Family friendly. Has picnic tables and fire pit. Very clean. Bathrooms were clean. We did forget to pay on day 2 due to extreme excitement. The grounds keeper simply left a note reminding us! Thank you for the reminder!

Great spot for camping, there are some hiking trials that start right at the site and many nearby. There are a few things to do nearby that will fill up a weekend. It's first come first serve.

We had a great time tent camping. There are lots of woods between you and your neighbors. There is a leveled area for your tent and another area for the picnic table. There are several poles to tie a rope and to hang items like a lantern. Even though we camped near the end of the summer, we found plenty of wood in the forest to burn in our fire ring. It’s a great campground, we will go again!

Loved my time here - went thanksgiving weekend for a short spell.

Pads are big enough for 2 1p. Double layer fire ring. Allows RVs as well in campground so if it bothers you to hear the RVs do more primitive but I don't mind. Well-spaced apart.

Vault toilets are pretty standard. Not exceptionally clean, neither exceptionally dirty.

Sunrise was beautiful. I really love this area.
