The rooms at the lodge have been amazingly updated! They're wonderful ---- except for the bathroom. There was a lot of mold around the tub in the bathroom. This is an easy fix. The only reason I have it a four for location is because it's almost 3 hours from where we live.

Visited friends at the cabin. It was very nice. Could use a few updates and maintenance but over all it was a nice stay.

Stayed one night for a conference, and was very impressed!! All of the staff were wonderful, the room was clean, the facilities were very nice, the view of the lake from huge windows everywhere was breathtaking, the buffet meals were delicious, and the waitstaff were very attentive. Would definitely recommend!!

The cabin was wonderful. There was a soft spot in the floor thst had us a little worried and some black dirt on the AC vents, but other than that the place was in great shape. Quiet, peaceful, and a beautiful view in the fall.

We stayed in Cumberland state park resort for a couple of days.

The location is very good . Our room was very clean sparkling clean and the restaurant staff was very very nice. Vegetarian options are limited we felt very good eating there just because of the staff who work in the Riverview restraurant.

But I cannot say the same for front desk lady she looked totally not so much interested in the guests or atleast us.

I took off 1 star mainly because the front office staff ( a young lady) looked totally not very much into guest facing and there are no microwave or refrigerator in the rooms.
