Rented a cabin here for the weekend. It was terrible. The inside door frame was very loose. Since the lock chain was attached to it, didn't give us a comfortable feeling about safety. Furniture felt like it was from the 1950's, and not in a quaint, good way. The one bathroom was tiny with no countertop, just a sink. And ... a nice plunger right there in case things go bad, which apparently isn't that unusual. The kitchen had the broom and dust pan hanging right on the wall, with close proximity to the eating table and kitchen counter. I like handy, but not that handy. I dropped a key behind the sofa. When I moved the sofa out to retrieve the key, the floor was filthy, but they have the gall to charge a $100 "cleaning deposit"! They provide a list of things you "MUST DO" (their emphasis) to get the deposit back. For example, you MUST "hang-up towels in a manner that they will not mold", yet there are no towel racks to be found. I understand this is a family lakeside place, probably mostly for campers, so I didn't expect a Ritz-Carlton; but they're charging $250 per night for this dumpy cabin. I made it clear at checkout that our stay was far below what we had paid for, but the young lady had little interest in our story, so we got a less than heartfelt "sorry". So beware, it's not as nice as their website portrays. But maybe your experience will be great! Good luck.⁸

There is so much to do here, play on obstacles course on the lake, got paddle boarding (free with stay), rent a boat, pools , bounce house and a mile down the road free state park you can swim in or launch a boat. Site are ok little small but aren't most now a days. Staff are friendly and help ful. Only thing is you can swim in lak in the park. Go down the road.

I came here with my mom, my dog, and a friend of mine. This place was AWESOME! When I first came in, the staff were nice and were able to give us the map and key easily. We had issues with the TV and Wi-Fi, but they fixed them within a couple of days. They also fixed them quite well. Our dog Mary enjoyed the KampK9 dog park and had fun on our trip even though it was very hot outside. We enjoyed the pool, water park, and other features. The people I went with really disliked the marina restaurant, but I enjoyed it a lot. The restaurant even has a gift shop. This place had many cool features. We were unable to use the boat rentals because they were EXTREMELY expensive. If you have an RV, this is the perfect place to bring one. The people here are amazing and they provide linens as well. You should come here if you enjoy boating or have an RV.

We had a cabin for a week. The price was reasonable. The Staff was very helpful and friendly. I was worried the cabin would be small, but NO, it was spacious, and we had a great view of the lake. Tree house 2 was ours. There are tons of thing's for kids and adults to do. You can rent a golf cart for your stay. I would stay again. The bathrooms were very clean. They supply sheets, blankets, and pillows. Our cabin had t.v with lots of channels and free wifi. Heat and a/c

It's out in the middle of no where bit it's worth it.

We didn't want to leave.
