Great experience here! My wife and I rented 2 kayaks for about 1.5-2 hours. Beautiful area. Will plan to come back.
Very clean. Very quiet. Grate staff. I just camped in the non electric with my dog by the river. It was great
The most peaceful area situated next to the Licking River but still close to the interstate. The owner was very nice and accommodating when we arrived late! Sites have water and electric hookups with a dump station at the exit. The hammocks, fire rings, and tables are a nice touch. The clean bathhouse was also appreciated. My only recommendation would be to get a simple website with a booking system and maybe keypad for after hours access.
Perfect experience for the family. We went when it was cooler but we still enjoyed our trip down the river. Very relaxing. The staff are friendly and helpful and we learned that the campground is located on what used to be the owner's grandfather's old cornfield. That's how it got the name. So cool!
We had a great time floating the river at The Ole Cornfield. They dropped us off up river and we slowly floated the few miles down to where they pulled our kayaks out. Very friendly people. Very relaxing to get out in nature and enjoy the beauty. Thanks so much James & Lauren & Justin!
