From jct I-40 & Germantown Rd (W'bound exit 16A/E'bound exit 16): Go 4 mi S on Germantown Pkwy, then 2/10 mi W on Timber Creek Rd.
Decent enough place to RV if it’s a short stay. I probably wouldn’t go back unless I needed to be nearby. Spots are on top of one another, and it’s not the most scenic location. That said, there aren’t a whole lot of options in the Memphis area. They did have full hookups which was good. The very manual process to reserve and check in is antiquated and inconvenient.
Nothing fancy. Just a place with water sewer and power. Very dusty due to an unpaved road. If you need to be in Memphis this will get you a place to stay. Staff are nice but this is a high volume place with no frills.
The check in supervisor was outstanding in helping me set up everything I needed.
Great customer service and also when out of his way to help me when he was off.
It seems difficult to find truly caring people these days and he is certainly one that goes above and beyond.
Thank you so much!!
One star for location and WiFi. Otherwise a complete and total dump. We stay here because it’s close to family but not sure we will again. Upon pulling in last Friday there was a horse show at the arena. Several sites were occupied, we were assigned one that a horse trailer was already in. We went back to the park host and she gave us another site.I asked for a previous site and was told every site was full, they had 1000 reservations, it was never completely full.. We’re then assigned 106, as we pulled in we noticed raw sewage in the middle of the site next door-107, broken sewer lid and torn up blue sewer hose. We again went to the host asked for another site and was given one. She said no one reported the problem. She was accommodating finding us another site. We we pulled out this morning site 107 still had not been cleaned up. It may not be the park host job to maintain a neat or clean park but at least have ground maintenance around. Website says 3 month max but certainly isn’t the case, 70-80% are full time or long term. There were several utility trailers parked next to RV’s, broken down cars and even a boat.
