What we liked.

The resort is very clean and well maintained.

The pool is large and very clean

The location is awesome with water sites available.

They definitely have the resort set up for boaters with nice launch ramp and fish cleaning facility.

The RV sites have plenty of room for your RV and car.

They have covered and uncovered docks you can rent

They have golf carts you can rent

What we didn’t like

They refer to this as a resort, however there is not a sit down restaurant. They do serve some microwaved food in the store.

If you have an expensive rig you may think twice about staying here. Our friends where here during the day in the campsite next to us and the grounds keeper decided to weed eat around their trailer and they had rocks hitting the side of their trailer. We checked around our rig when we returned and couldn’t see any damage. There is apple time between check out and check in where they can weed eater cut the grass.

This is one of my all time favorite places to camp. Easy in and out, the sites are leveled and a nice size. We try and get there a couple times a year

Camped at Blue Water for 10 days and what a great place!! We got a water site and thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside watching boaters, fishermen, and swinging on the porch swing at our site. Everything was beautifully maintained and the camp store is great. Enjoyed walking our pups down to the boat ramp everyday and down the trail by the water. Highly recommend Blue Water and will certainly be back!!

We camped here in two Fifth-Wheel Trailers. One is 40 feet, and the other is 45 feet long. We were able to fit into the sites with no problems. The park is very well kept. They take pride in the appearance and cleanliness of the park. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful location on the Tennessee River. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative thing was the roads leading to the park. They were very narrow, with lots of curves and steep inclines. But we made it and enjoyed our stay!
