Stock up on RV supplies and homemade crafts at the campground store. Attractions include Loretta Lynn's Ranch and Coal Miner's Daughter Museum, Mennonite communities and a local winery. Nearby canoe rentals allow you to experience the mellow woods and wildlife along the Buffalo River. Pool: May 15 - September 15. Max pull thru: 65 feet.

While this is a nice quaint location with the brand chain, I have to admit I have enjoyed other locations more. Nothing wrong and the staff was super sweet and helpful. It was more the amenities. But if those things don’t matter then this place is fantastic. To start I had reserved electric & water for my site. I had electric, no water spout on my site. The bathrooms by the registration office were pristine. Could eat off the floor. The one out by the sites, left some things to be desired. Again, minor things that would most likely not be a big deal to most.

Bring earplugs.

I had read previous reviews stating that the noise from the interstate was loud, but it is hard to accurately describe the constant din of the semis and traffic roaring through at all hours. We stayed in a cabin, and it was still loud inside the cabin. We are usually tent campers, and under no circumstance would I ever tent camp here. The tent sites are the closest to the interstate. You can see (and hear) the traffic on I-40 from almost anywhere in the campground. We had a hard time having a conversation over a picnic table because of the traffic noise.

That being said, I think the staff does the best they can with the space they are given. Staff was friendly. Bathrooms were relatively clean. Cabin was clean. Pool was clean.

We had a very restless night, so I wouldn’t stay again, even on a stop over.

A lovely overnight! Easy to find, the park was all maintained and a welcome test from the road. The staff was warmly welcoming and I enjoyed my stay.

Clean and convenient to the highway. Not recommended for big rigs (45ft coaches). All sites are gravel (except for 2 spots). Great playground, clean bathrooms, dog park (all gravel). We were in a spot furthest from the hiway and the road noise during the night was minimal. Staff was very friendly and efficient and helped us park.

I normally do not do reviews, but I feel like this could help someone else. We booked our site for motorhome towing, gave length on both RV, trailer, and total length. Confirmed with the person booking that they had availability for our length, plus another party that was also towing. Same length. When we get here, we do not fit in the spot or any spot they have. When we called to see what to do, they sent a guy to tell us he doesn’t know what to do. The spots are made for campers not RVs. All the spots slope, so nothing over like 27’ would fit properly.
