Nasty Management, very rude. People do not need to be this rude. She sure won't get our business again and no business from our friends either. Whatever is wrong with you, you definitely do not need to let it reflect onto your customers. God Bless.

STAY AWAY!! We will be moving to the Fort Campbell area in a few months so we flew in to check out the RV campgrounds. We had called previously to ask some questions and to check and see if they did long term stays. They told us they did and to stop by when we were in town. When we got there we drove through the campground and saw several empty sites. So we stopped by the office and the lady in there was SUPER rude, disrespectful and acted like we were wasting her time. She told us that they don’t do much with long termers and cater more to workers!! Wouldn’t give us the time of day and looked down her nose at us like we were the scum of the earth. She made us feel so worthless. Customer Service is definitely not in her vocabulary and she should not be working in the office representing the campground. PLEASE BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!

Location is great. That is all this place has going for it. It could be a beautiful place but feels unkept. Website is misleading. Campground is large but seems many are permanent campers somewhat unkept. My first impression as we rolled in was …is this place safe? After hours checkin. Info was on the office door….which could have used a good pressure washing. Sites close together. The worst was sites facing each other so close awnings touched the next camper AND one camper had their awning laying on top of the facing camper’s awning. That was the worst! We arrived planning to get granddaughters to camp and play outside. Nope! Not happening. here. We stayed one night instead of four.
