From US Hwy. 60, exit Gilbert Road, and go north 3 miles to Main Street. Turn right (east), go 1/4 mile, and Twin Palms RV Park is located on the right (south) side of the road.
So it's right on the edge of the commercial district, but not too far from shopping and great restaurants... But the spaces are micro ridiculous... And they charge for water and sewer!!!.. It was $1,200 for 2 weeks..we weren't able to flush tanks or rinse the area off so the dogs had a cool place to potty. Day 1 of trying to walk on the canal there was a guy smoking crack next to the gate and the first weekend I had to call the police as someone passed out feet from the camper..was sooo glad we found another park for the remainder of our stay in Mesa.
Steve was a very accommodating and helpful host. I stayed here for 15 months and 1 week, and this was the ideal place to complete my master's degree program. It was quiet with laundry and bathroom amenities with good protection from outside of it, while still being within convenient distance to everything in the vicinity. I would recommend this place to anyone doing business in the Mesa area.
Staying for a month in our RV. Extremely clean, small, cozy. Immaculate bath, shower and laundry rooms. Others who are here come back because they like it so well.
We felt safe here and enjoyed our week-long stay. They were super accommodating allowing us to unhitch our tow behind trailer and park it in a separate area in the park to allow us to stay here. Camp host Steve was fantastic- full of knowledge and wonderful recommendations. We definitely plan to stay here agin next time we’re in the area. Thank you!
I can't say enough good things about this pretty little RV park! If you don't require all the amenities of a larger park (and don't want to pay for what you won't use), this place is ideal. Close to everything Mesa has to offer, and nearby freeway access to all the surrounding areas. Facilities and grounds are immaculate.
But the best things about Twin Palms are the owners and managers! They are truly caring, thoughtful and helpful people. Rare finds these days. If you are lucky enough to be there during orange season, you're in for a treat. The owner has an orchard with the sweetest oranges I've ever tasted. Guests are offered free bags of the fruit, often picked that same morning! I stayed for two months, and I'm hoping to return again next year. Wonderful!
